BC Berlin Catalysts GmbH is an independent company founded by physicists and chemists that develops and produces supported catalysts for industrial and academic research. It is a Spin-off from the Institute of Chemistry of the Humboldt-University of Berlin.

The company developed several novel technologies in order to precisely tune the properties of catalysts. Our mission is to provide catalyst materials for which the properties can be specifically changed - namely the support material, support size, nanoparticle size distribution, nanoparticle composition and metal loading . Customers can choose from a library of catalysts that comprises more than 10k combinations of supports and nanoparticles. We also develop and manufacture metal-supported catalysts on demand according to the specific needs of our customers. In addition, all catalyst syntheses can be scaled up to pellets and also produced in large quantities.
